Before we ship an item to you it is carefully inspected and confirmed to be in the condition advertised. In the unlikely event that it arrives in less than that condition something happened in transit. If this happens please get in touch with us directly. We are more than upset when anything comes between our craftsmanship and your satisfaction. We'll help file your insurance claim with the carrier and make sure there is a follow up so the problem is expedited quickly and properly. Each item is a unique, hand crafted limited edition, so unlike items from a production line they cannot be replaced. Consequently we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
